Bytec Medical has built upon its relationship with key NHS trusts.

Upon receiving the first order of SmartCarts to the Isle of Wight last month Nathan Jenkins the IM&T Technical Engineer commented:

“We saw the Bytec cart as the next evolutionary step in cart design.

Drawing on the operational feedback from not only our staff but other cart deployments, Bytec have produced a hybrid that incorporates not only their proprietary electronic lifting solution but learns the lessons of "use". This is seen in the design of the tuck away keyboard, deep clean suitable paint, easily replaced batteries, centrally contained cable management and a large easily cleaned work surface. The SmartCart fuses the functional and the aesthetic very well.

The product is only part of the purchasing experience however, and it is the close working partnership that we have developed with Bytec both pre and post purchase which gives us faith in the product and the company.

Bytec have taken the time to understand the working environment their product needs to perform in from both a clinical and operational perspective. This approach is reflected in the functionality and finish of the SmartCart.”
